Want to get up and running as quickly as possible? Follow these simple steps:

1. Select the app you want to integrate from the list below.
   
   
2. Upload/Create your API file and send the full URL to support@userplane.com.
   • Site or Company Name
   • Technical Contact Information
   • Business Contact Information
   • Desired Usage Plan: Free or Paid (see pricing page for more info)
   • URL to API file (one for each app you integrate)
     
     
3. Once we have received this info we will configure your account and email you the account and server info needed to finish the integration (please allow one business day for initial account setup).
   
   
4. The last step is to implement and test the end user code.
   • Webmessenger 2, Webchat 2, Webrecorder: If you have submitted your API URL to us you should have a valid domainID and a flashcom server name we created for you. Each of the flash applications requires that you specify these two parameters for it to connect. Once you have set these and the ID of the user in the client files you should be able to load them in a browser and test. There is more information on this part in each apps integration docs - Webmessenger 2 , Webchat 2 , Webrecorder, Mediaplayer, Desktop, Plug-ins, and Feeds.
   • Desktop: Now that you have sent us the URL to your DPXML API file you can use the application builder to generate your branded installer. Your desktop clients will talk to you via the DPXML file, check the XML docs for more info on that interface.
     
     
5. Now that you have the basics working you can work with the API to customize and further integrate your Userplane application with your site!
